Who is eligible to live at Community Care Group Home?
ndividuals who have an active Virginia Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver and whose needs are a good fit for our residential services may be eligible for placement.
What services do you provide?
We offer person-centered residential support, assistance with daily living activities, medication support, appointment coordination, health monitoring, life skills development, and community engagement.
How do you ensure the health and safety of residents?
