About Us
Community Care Group Home LLC is a privately owned Virginia provider offering 24/7 adult developmental disability supervised living services in a safe, supportive, and person centered environment. The home’s mission is to support individuals with developmental disabilities in exercising freedom of choice and personal preference while receiving quality care in a loving environment.
A modern approach
We provide supervised residential support designed to help adults build independence while receiving the assistance they need with daily living. Services include personal care support, life-skills training, therapeutic support, meals, counseling, transportation assistance, medication oversight, and community-based activities.

Must have DD waiver in place prior to submitting a housing application .
